Fantastic place to fix your phones. I decided to send my brothers broken laptop which they couldn't fix due to a dead motherboard. But I also sent in my Samsung Galaxy S9 in because the back was cracked and the power button kept falling off. Also the battery kept running out after 2 hours of using it. They fixed it up and they gave me a new Bixby button because the bixby button was loose. And now i no longer need to keep it in its case because the case i have isnt very good because my headphones don't fit in properly with the case. They had those parts in blue only but I decided to get them to change the back cover and buttons to blue because blue is my favourite colour. They changed the battery aswell and it lasts much longer and doesn't die in the middle of the night. Next day I sent my brothers iPhone 11 in for repair because the battery was dying fast and the battery health was at 75%. After replacing the battery for my brothers iPhone 11. It lasted for the whole afternoon and evening. Now my brother can use it without worrying about the battery running out on him and doesn't have to wake up with a dead battery in the morning. I would definitely recommend this place if any of your devices need fixing. Thank you to those people for fixing my Samsung Galaxy S9 and my brothers iPhone 11.

Sent my PS5 by post as the console could no longer read discs - emailed in before sending my device and asked a few questions and received a very prompt and professional reply. Was told that the repair itself would take roughly 2-4 days, and a couple more to be delivered back to me.Packaged the device up and paid via the website (through PayPal) and dropped the device off to my local post office on Monday morning.I paid for Royal Mail tracking, as recommended, which confirmed that my PlayStation arrived the next day at 10:10am - by 10:30am, I received an email from Repair World Direct confirming my device was in their care.A few days passed, I received a further email confirming that the repair was successful - but to allow an extra day for the device to be tested - I found this to be incredibly courteous as not only was I informed, but the device was being tested to ensure a successful repair aswell.I also received an email from DPD with tracking instructions so that I could monitor delivery back to me.I received the device today (Saturday morning) with the old laser in the box as proof of repair, the device I received back was indeed my own and my PS5 has quite clearly had it's vents and fan cleaned out.Whilst I hope I don't ever have to use RWD again - I won't think twice about using anyone else should I need to.If you're reading reviews to judge whether or not you should use these guys - look no further.

Great repair place! Sent my PS5 in to them to repair HDMI port, had it back within a few days. I also had overheating issues which I didn?t mention and they fixed the Liquid Metal causing this free of charge which I am really happy about as there?s no loud sounds coming from my console anymore. Thanks again!

I sent my Nintendo switch lite so the screen could be fixed. Andy was incredibly helpful and I?m so pleased with the outcome. I posted my switch off and it was returned to me so quickly. Would definitely recommend!

My Apple Watch display had become detached from the base. Apple refused to repair this and advised I purchase a new watch despite it only been 2 years old. I called RWD and spoke to Ben who was extremely helpful. Took my watch in to be inspected and within 24 hours they had rebonded it back in place perfectly. Extremely impressed by this service.

I smashed and bent my Iphone 12 in the car door and thought I would have to get a new phone. I brought it to Repair world direct and was greeted by Andy who was extremely nice and understanding, he put my worries to ease and after a few hours I picked up my phone and it was literally as good as new. 11/10 would recommend
