Lovely hotel and not that far from Alton Towers.

Lovely Premier Inn never fails. Only downside we were given a room on the 1st floor without a lift even though we had a toddler and a buggy. But otherwise fantastic

Rooms: The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Getting a bit tired now, but I understand that they are being redone although I haven?t been in one of the newer rooms.
Nearby activities: Close to local businesses like Bentley Motors, Leighton Hospital and National Rail.
Nantwich isn?t more than 10 mins and has a good selection of restaurants if the Beefeater isn?t what you want.

Worst hotel stay/experience I've ever had.
When booking it clearly stated kids play area and no follow up info to say it wa incorrect. Had told both my autistic sons that they would be one and when we got there was a permanently closed sign even tho the soft play was still clearly visible. Caused so much unnecessary stress.
No lunch and dinner being served due to staff shortage.
Breakfast was the worst experience not worth paying for at all. Drinks dispenser was out of order, only one member of staff handling it all so it was taking ages for items to be topped up again had to wait around. Ordered beans and hashbrown came after 20mins with a sausage and bacon on top- sent back as a vegetarian for it to come back out within 5 seconds and still smell the sausage and bacon. They had literally just given the same plate with it picked off.

Fantastic service from chris at reception.
Twice now I've had issues with booking and on both occasions he has sorted it.
Great service
Rooms: Do the job

All round brilliant stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Extra pillows are already in the room. No air con but there was a fan which was great because it was hotter than Satan's belly button. Nothing was a bother to the reception staff. We had no TV remote in our room but mentioned it to reception and by the time we returned from dinner we had one waiting.
Bit of a funny noise from the pipes when using the cold water tap or when flushing the toilet but it only lasted a few seconds. Would definitely stay here again

Only went for breakfast. Had lots of breakfast items although the full English was not hot as it had been stood for ages. The actual place could be cleaner. Toilets left alot to be desired.

Arrived for a 2 night stay at this Premier Inn and the post code offered in my confirmation email almost took me to a farm. I then spotted the familiar architecture of a certain early style of Premier Inn, and the sign advertising was engulfed by foliage which eventually led me to the entrance.
Having just come from a Premier Inn near Billingham, which was palatial, we were disappointed to find this outlet tired and scruffy. The parking was nowhere near the reception point, thankfully it wasn?t raining on arrival. The tv on our room, was showing a date in February and the clock an hour ahead. The remote, couldn?t fathom out how to update the tv.
The plus point was the receptionist on duty, who kindly gave us a ground floor room with she said a view of the pond!! Sadly the large bush outside denied us that view, but hey we came here to sleep.
So Premier Inn senior management, when do you intend improving the facilities in the signage, this inn and maybe utilise what 3 words as a more accurate locator for this outlet.

I love Premier Inn Crewe West!
It is clean, unpretentious and comfortable. Availability is sometimes a struggle - but this is to be expected with their great service and location.
I come here about 2 - 3 times a month. Every visit I've been in different rooms and all have had things like hairdryers, kettles & coffee and so on. Very clean (I'm a bit of a germ phobe) so it's very comforting to know it at least feels clean.
The beds are comfortable even for my messed up back. It's also very quiet, don't think I've ever heard other guests!
No room service, but you can order at the Beefeater downstairs and bring your food up with you.
Not much else to say, what you see is what you get, and what you get is pretty solid.
Definitely worth staying here.

Fab hotel and outstanding service. Jemma and the team really looked after us for race weekend and the food was brilliant.
