Always stay at Premer inn Crewe Rd Nantwich. Always had a comfortable stay until last night. No heating uncomfortable bed with lump in the middle. Got through the night waking constantly. Spoke to receptionist when checking out.

I checked in for 1 night, I was upstairs I notice the carpet going up hadnt been cleaned, the room was good but cold the heater kept turning off I didnt get much sleep, in the morning I ran a bath and the water wasnt warm enough, Im so disapointed, I did report it on check out but didnt get much of a responce but I was asked if I had turned the heater on of course I had.

Ideal for what we wanted the accessible room was awesome for an older person but the room I was given was looking a little sorry for itself. Pub next door though is ideal for evening meals.

Was not best pleased, I did attempt to speak to staff but none were about.
We were in room 25, located on ground floor. It was extremely noisy all 3 nights, there were people running around upstairs, banging and crashing.
Each morning there was banging and crashing early on by staff, going in and out of a fire exit outside our window with big crates.
There were black hairs in the bath and stuck on the shower head.
Our mugs were dirty and there were no spoons.
The room was just absolutely boiling hot each night, no matter what we did, opened window and turned on fan, it didn't help. I did see the signs to ask reception for a sheet, but this would have been no good. Needs sorting.
When we arrived in room, we discovered duct tap over smoke alarm and tv standby button. This must have been previous person in room and should have been picked up by staff.

Rooms: The rooms are fantastic and that's literally the only good thing
Nearby activities: A pub next door that doesn't serve breakfast so not great for business users
Safety: Extremely dangerous. No lighting at all and very narrow spaces and between rows. You're 100% roaming damage to your car here.
Walkability: Narrow bays are not only a risk to cats but worth only one actual disabled bay for wheelchair/walker users is more than inconvenient. It caused me pain and extreme difficulty to just get out of my car let alone get my walker and bags. No lighting in the car park means walking is difficult. Also poorly maintained so I tripped a few times.
Food and drinks: None. Not even a small bar or coffee machine. I had to drive to the nearest costa for a decent cuppa as I'm not a fan of pubs and they don't do takeaway.
Noteworthy details: The road sign isn't lit and with another hotel with appropriate lighting and disabled bays you might drive straight past. But it is very quiet.

Really quiet so a good nights sleep. No breakfast available but made clear on the web page so we were aware.
