A very nice place to stay with a good pub and restaurant attached, just a short walk into town and a good size car park. The only downside is a very poor level of WiFi.

Great location next to Crewe Station and Town Centre. Staff were friendly and there's a cosy pub next door (used to be Brewer's Fayre) where you can have a lovely breakfast. Room was air conditioned, spacious and clean and there's little noise from the outside too. I would recommend a stay here.

Absolutely brilliant. The staff couldn't do enough for us. They really looked after us, especially Kerry (who we called Mrs Rabbit as she was so busy everywhere). Lovely sleep, lovely breakfast and exceptional service. Will definitely return!

Having been to a fair few Premier Inns across the country you think you know what to expect. This location was incredible, the staff that welcomed us were friendly and warm (which is a far cry from the London based staff), Kerrie who checked us in went above and beyond to find me a room early as I needed to get changed before a wedding. She even relocated me and my party to the refurbished part and was overall exceptionally polite and helpful. Would recommend, hotel is central, close to the train station, clean, and well maintained.

Poor hotel, very outdated, the restaurant next door has shut down now. The noise of the trains and other residents outside is quite something. Plenty of better premier inn hotels. Won't be back.

Excellent service, while checking in, The Young chap on the desk was extremely helpful with directions to other places to eat, nothing was too much trouble for him. Other staff elsewhere can learn from him.
Room clean, tidy and air conditioning already on before check in.

Great to stay so close to the train station. Staff were amazing and so happy and chatty.

Stayed here with my family and wow! Such a lovely little place! Situated close to the train station it made travelling less stressful. Team members Kerrie and Nick were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble! Definitely recommend staying here!

Wow! What a stay. Comfortable, welcoming and friendly. Big thanks to Caron and Kerrie for making our stay possible. Both so helpful, especially to guide us to the local train station that was a short walk away. Lovely breakfast spot on site too. Can?t wait to return
