Kath served us today and was so rude and dismissive. Took her 10 mins to walk to the till and even longer to pack our bags. Didnt even say hi to us or thanks after we paid. Worst experience I?ve ever had. Felt so rude. Didn?t speak to us once

Lovely shop friendly staff especially Annette great with children when my little ones taking a while to get his pocket money out of his coat.Handy for some essentials , cereals and cooking sauces etc and some good offers on.

Usual shocking "customer service" from the usual staff member, despite the area manager being present. All of the other staff are delightful, which I assume is the saving grace that keeps this shop open

Shopped here daily and must have spent £100+ most weeks on bits and bobs. Bought a pack of one stop branded crisps that were absolutely tasteless. Took them back and the attitude I had from the woman with the stick out brown teeth was laughable. It was £1!!! Slamming the £1 down on the counter despite my hand being held out and making it obvious she was annoyed. You should be sacked as I will go Co-op from now on (Which staff are lovely all the time). Totally unnecessary and youâ??ve just lost not only my money but also people that I know. Well done. Cya

Generally good but recently having issues stocking sandwiches. Quite often it is completely empty for two to three days in a row. Now having to go out of way on way to work.
