Nipped in as my wife dropped her phone to get an early upgrade considering to upgrade early was only 23 the staff inside asked our budget stated what it was and the best they stated the could do was near enough £10 more expensive we asked for it was the lowest to be told that for the phone and deal we want that's the best then said we can trade in the phone for £100 and said that all data on the phone was lost as there was no way of backing or transferring the data asked a few questions and was disappointed and told them no we will look elsewhere.\\n\\nTook the phone hone connected it to my TV and back all data up kept the phone charged called 02 directly to get the same deal and the early upgrade fee wiped for the budget we stated and even got the bigger memory.\\n\\nWhen the new phone arrived I connected both phones together and all data was transferred.\\n\\nStaff obviously wanted more commission and didn't know much about phones.

I purchased 2 O2 PAYG SIM's only about 2/3 months ago after purchasing new iPhone 13 . Josie dealt with the swop and movement of SIM cards to my new iPhone. I was very unhappy with the changes which left me unknowing of the number associated with each phone.\\n2/3 months later on Monday 5 September 2022 I came to Crewe and requested Josie to take up the O2 Contract which she assigned \\\"C\\\" to deal with. Like a \\\"Praying Mantis\\\"she distantly monitored his processing of the contract which involved agreeing the terms, assigning the tariff, printing and issuing of the Contract agreement and replacing my existing Number on 4G SIM with 5G SIM. I was refused a review of the settings of my iPhone 13 and advised that the phone would be activated by O2 within 24 Hours later. It is now 1600 Hours on 7 September 2022 and I am unable to use my phone. Please sort it O2 or cancel my contract.

I was in the crewe O2 shop yesterday and was served by very bubbly josie !! I had my phone and purse stolen and I can't tell you how much she tried to help to make my situation better!! She made me smile amd laugh in a situation I found extremely difficult!!! She was very kind, and helpful! AND I THINK YOU NEED MORE STAFF LIKE JOSIE ! I have mental health issues and she really understood how I'd be feeling!! This truly made a huge difference to my difficult morning.. thankfully I got my phone back later that day and I hate go back have my phone unlocked .. but 5 stars to her and I truly was so grateful to josie yesterday!!!

Milana was very helpful yesterday when I had couple of things to sort out ( make final payment on my mobile and getting a new sim card contract sorted out). Very patient and explained everything fully.

I want into the shop today to see if my Samsung watch was ready to pick up as my 02 app said it was ready.\\n\\nOngoing into the shop to get my watch Josie the manager of the shop was dealing with my order. I was so shocked with the customer service she offered was out of order not willing to help me or even try to met my needs as a customer. What made me mad even more when leaving the shop knowing I not going get any where she saying keep smileing keep smiling behind my back as I walked out.

I needed a new mobile. They had something I was after. I then returned to the store because the mobile decided it wanted to be in any other language but English. I left my new mobile with the store. And went back about 4.30pm that day and they had managed to sort it for me. Brilliant customer service.

Disinterested and unhelpful staff. The staff here need some instruction on customer service and making their customers feel valued.\\nPoor communication and every question or request appeared to be an inconvenience to Ross the customer assistant.
