Really Poor Service Provided by this shop. Visited last week to return an Amazon small Parcel and the staff refused to accept claiming that there machine was broken. On the 090625 a customer in EBay had paid for delivery for a 15 inch small car Tyre though eBay via PackLink Yodel. The shop Instantly refused to accept stating ?vehicle parts? however the Policy is clear with Yodel that Tyres are an acceptable item. I have received tyres through DPD before and Yodel.
This shop picks and chooses what it takes and the customer service is abysmal. Really it should have no contracts with any of the postal companies.
I ended up using a more helpful store .

Terrible shop they keep refusing my Evri parcels saying they got no space for it.
So why u an Evri drop off place then??

Terrible customer service. Went in to get some stuff for my mum who is unable to leave the house, and I was not allowed to send her a photo of stuff to see if she wanted anything and I when I was getting something of the bottom shelf I turn around and the staff member is stood over my shoulder dead staring me asking what I was doing. Very awkward, very bad customer service. Would stay away from this shop.

This shop serves as a UPS Access Point, but unfortunately, they refused to accept my delivery on Friday. Initially, they claimed it was because the package was too large, although it contained only two pairs of trainers. When I followed up on Monday, they informed me that the UPS machine was not working. Furthermore, while I was in the store, I contacted UPS (after purchasing a drink), but the staff told me I couldn't make the call from inside the shop. However, within the hour I observed other customers using the UPS service without any issue. I can't help but feel that there may have been more discriminatory reasons behind the refusal of my delivery. Will not use this store again.

I am a great believer in supporting local business, so I was happy to move into a property a few doors away from this shop, especially as my partner is disabled and she can't walk very far, we are expecting to live in this property for the rest of our lives. however we were denied service when we tried to top up our gas and electricity at their shop, because they insisted that we have to purchase groceries in order to use their Pay Point. We as a family will never step foot in that premises again and I would rather walk a mile than give them my custom. We as a family spend a lot of money in local businesses and would rather shop locally than use the major retailers, however these arrogant and unhelpful owners will miss out on hundreds of pounds per month due to their ridiculous rules.

Has random hours in the day that they won't give you your parcels.Don't accept the responsibility if you can't handle it.

Prices are massively too expensive. Staff very, very rude. Too busy on there Mobile Phones. Avoid at ALL Costs ?

I'm very satisfied with the service you receive, also thay will have whot ever your, looking for food wise, also alcohol & cigarettes ect, also if you've never been into Nisa Local ? , the next time you're passing one, call in to see what you think of what they have available for yourself to buy, I'm sure you won't be disappointed in whot they have to offer. thanks

Always been a great convenience store. The service has been outstanding, and I have always been able to find what I need effortlessly. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to assist customers. Additionally, their efficient parcel service has been a lifesaver. Would recommend if you are nearby
