I have shopped in New Look, Crewe for as long as I can remember. All the staff in the crewe branch have been amazing over the years, without exception. I went in yesterday and was pleasantly surprised at the makeover it had had inside. It looks so much brighter, with the clothes grouped into nice sections. The changing rooms have also been updated. Big shout out to New Look for staying in Crewe town centre. Here's hoping it's the start of the return of the high street ?

I visited the store on Sunday and a salesperson named Charlie dealt with me. She was incredibly helpful and a really nice, genuine person. She ordered me an item in with no issues whatsoever and was just a lovely person to deal with. A credit to the shop.

Some really nice clothes, at fair prices, with some great bargains to be had. My wife got a pair of boots for around £17 in the sale. That included using the 10% off with the app. So good to see they let you use that, even on sale items.Really friendly and helpful staff too.Well worth a visit!
