I would like to say on behalf of myself and my husband Ben Potter is absolutely fabulous. Nationwide Crewe should hold on to this young man . Ben you will go far with the attitude you have . Not many people go above and beyond like you do . Not only resolving my husbands issue with his isa that another cashier had made a mistake . But you owned it . Followed it through and personally called back with a resolution . Thank you so much . He understands the importance of having branches open for the personal touch . We do need branches open . We need people like Ben to grow and manage these branches . More people would invest in Nationwide with his care diligence and possitive attitude. You are a credit to Nationwide

Been into branch today to open my daughter an account, lovely lady helped us get set up and the process was quick and easy! The lady who helped us (i didnt get her name) was fantastic, great experience and service here.

Not All branches are the same. This one employs staff that professional and treat customers with respect.Sadly Nationwide have failed me and refusing to explain why they have made a serious error. But they hide behind their terms and conditions that they don't need to explain themselves.The three stars are for the staff and not one at All for the way Nationwide have treated me. Which is shocking and then next month hey will be banging on about they care about mental health and LGBT. There is some rotten employees that spoilt it for every employee.There are good people out there that should replace the rotten apples!!

Last week my account was temporarily closed due to fraudulent activities that happened on my Amazon account. The Building Society decided to stop my debit card to safeguard my account.
Today I went to my local Building Society in Crewe, Market Street) desperate for cash. All the staff on duty went above and beyond the current challenges and managed to help me. Thank you so much, you guys rock!!
