Had a cafe breakfast, porridge little under done, They forgot my toast and twice came to me and said it was on the way, when it did arrive it was just warm bread, my partner had a full English which was ok except for the fried bread which was hard as a rock. They weren't that busy, so I won't be going again.

Shopping before 9 am on a weekday saves a lot of time and the cafe is nearly empty too. Good for a cooked breakfast.

No care at this store anymore. One cash point is down and the other cash points don?t have any cash, which has been a PROBLEM at EVERY Morrisons. Stock NOT being restocked and staff that don?t look where they?re going and bumping into customers and NOT APOLOGISING!! Morrisons overall seems to have dropped its standards.

Visited this store for the first time on 1st Nov 24. Forgot to scan my more card due to having to wait for staff a self checkout to override an item for me. Staff was friendly but was slow was very easily distracted.
I went to customer service explained the issue. And ask if I could have a refund and rebuy the item again.
Staff responded what?
So I re-explained again, her response was ? I would have to refund the item and make you rebuy it again. ( which is what I said to her, she then tried to deny me saying this to her?)
Would help if staff had some listening skills
In the end the item was refunded and repurchased.
Thank the staff and was given the most unwelcoming look.

Went to buy a large piece of fillet steak as it was steak Saturday. ie, 20% off. No fillet steak ?. What a joke. Personally I don't like the set up of this shop so I won't be returning
