“I was in the crewe O2 shop yesterday and was served by very bubbly josie !! I had my phone and purse stolen and I can't tell you how much she tried to help to make my situation better!! She made me smile amd laugh in a situation I found extremely difficult!!! She was very kind, and helpful! AND I THINK YOU NEED MORE STAFF LIKE JOSIE ! I have mental health issues and she really understood how I'd be feeling!! This truly made a huge difference to my difficult morning.. thankfully I got my phone back later that day and I hate go back have my phone unlocked .. but 5 stars to her and I truly was so grateful to josie yesterday!!!”
