Dunwoody Maccies?s are beyond a joke tonight , not hating on everyone who works hard there normally but I am sorry to say it was beyond APPALLING service tonight, meals wrong twice, if anyone had serious allergies would end in hospital because of the lack of attention to the requirements on orders, the staff seem all stoned or bone-idle teens who just couldn?t care less at all, and then the guy on the I spoke too gave me a false code to use and hung up on the phone when I called to calmly talk about this. Disgraceful.

incredibly understaffed - waited 50 minutes for a meal that never came, as well as others in the lobby who waited longer whilst cars being served in the drive thru consistently. asked for a refund after 50 mins and the manager was laughing about the situation. surely if you?re understaffed - prioritise either lobby, drive thru, or turn off deliveries to compensate?

Typical McDonald's. I'm sure it was just human error but despite the stickers on the burgers being correct (no pickles, etc) both burgers were identical and had everything on them.
