I think Morrisons daily is a great place, when I go in everyone is kind and helpful in my opinion it?s a good shop in Crewe, the staff are friendly, I don?t know who is in charge but they are doing well as the shop is doing better than it has. I do have complaints against the small male with glasses as he is very rude and disrespectful, there is also another guy there that thinks he runs the shop, personally if he spoke to me like he does staff members I would sack him!!

Been to morrisons daily a few times, the manager, Alex I think his name is, has turned this Shop around, the staff are always polite and helpful, though there is a couple that could do with some teaching, there's one staff member who is also really helpful, has lots of tattoos, he's always working, and still takes the time to help.

The shop and the service always a problem even when you just go in knowing that they reconfirm the problem the shop needs to colse down and maybe that's morrissons way why they took on a lot of local shops to close them down and get compotion out won't be returning naver again staff make the running of shop your problem sod them and the shop

Been coming here for years, just recently noticed a turn around in the store as was going downhill. Place is looking tidy and the manager came across very pleasant when asked a question about a product.

I had a very unpleasant experience with a staff member at this location. A short man wearing glasses responded to my simple question ? why the postal point was closed ? in an ironic and rude manner. I felt disrespected and poorly treated, which is unacceptable. Staff should receive proper training in customer service and respectful communication. This kind of behavior leaves a very negative impression and should not happen again.

The customer service was shocking. Two of them were on the counter were more bothered talking with each other rather than interacting with the customers. One female and one male who couldn't be arsed to be there ?

Please upgrade & provide proper training to ur staff, they are very rude & disrespectful. They very unprofessional and make fun to the customers. They are here for fun & not for business.

Staff are lazy and rude I was sworn at by a member of staff, staff also smoking/vaping directly outside the shop this is very unprofessional and am sure against company policy. One member of staff in particular was constantly rude to myself untill I had to speak to a manager and everytime I see this woman she is aggressive and rude.

Selection is always rubbish and the customer service is genuinely atrocious. Younger servers are always on their phones at the tills, making customers wait for service because they?re talking or outside having a cig, or they?re just plain rude with no manners. I?ve lived here for 9 months now and haven?t seen any improvement. One server was once talking about a poo he had to another member of staff whilst I was being served! I just think they?re lacking very basic customer service skills and I never enjoy going there. I wouldn?t go if it wasn?t so convenient! Only put the two stars because of the convenience and the morning/daytime staff are rather nice.
