Nice food and drinks but staff not at good at clearing tables, didn?t appear short staffed and even when no queue they were only bringing out orders and not clearing tables. At least 8 tables were full with trays of used crockery on Saturday.

Not bad my vist to Crewe M&S but they don't seem to be bothered about the costumers they hade in crewe Town over the years because they won't to move out of town to Basford not on all they won't is costumers from new builds up there and people moving from south it sod the local town people

I would like to say a big thank you to Sonia and the coffee shop staff for their kindness shown to me today 7th March 25 at lunchtime. I attend their coffee shop 2 or 3 x times a week and these last couple of visits I?ve had a couple of problems with my M and S credit card not being accepted! Most embarrassing for me and indeed I?m mindful I?m holding up the queue! Sonia today got me my coffee and even though the card was declined she insisted I have my coffee!
I got home and rang M and S helpline and I?m assured it?s activated and I won?t have any a more issues.
A big big thank you to Sonia and the staff at M and S.

This was my second visit to the cafe and I would still come back again. Staffs are polite , food were delicious and cafe is clean as I can see staffs have been cleaning tables after customers left the cafe.

The shop itself was stocked up and good enough to shop. However had to wait over 15 minutes for someone to attend the till only until we went searching for a member of staff. No apology but I guess that's their experience of customer service. Cafe was good however, staff were miserable. If you don't want to work in a public environment that involves customer service then this industry is not for you. This is not a store that I will be returning to first experience here will be the last one for me.

Had a very bad experience. I brought a croissant from down stairs from M&S store and went upstairs To have a coffee from M&S cafe. The staff members from the cafe told me that you cannot eat that croissant here as its from downstairs M&S. I was with my family and that was so disrespectful. I want to investigate this with higher management that how come we cannot eat M&S food in M&S cafe ?????

Cafe well below the standard expected. Tables full of spent meals and had to wipe down a table before having a snack and drink.
The only plus was free automatic WIFI.

Sasha a manager at the crewe store deserves zero stars for her service. Rude and refuses to get another manager for my complaint when I ask due to getting no help from her.

Good selection of food. Staff are friendly and they helped me find an item I really wanted. Then offered to help get a basket for the items overflowing in arms.
