I am writing to commend the extraordinary service ,
I received from Liam Hickson at your Crewe branch today. After experiencing a stressful tyre puncture on the motorway, I was directed to your branch for a repair.
From the moment I arrived, Liam was the epitome of professionalism and reassurance. He immediately attended to me, quickly diagnosed the problem, and took every effort to find a solution. Despite the required tyre not being in stock and his own busy schedule, he proactively contacted other Kwik Fit branches and arranged for the part to be brought in. This commitment ensured I was not delayed for an important appointment I had to attend.
Beyond his technical expertise and resourcefulness, Liam made my entire waiting time pleasant and comfortable. His gentle attitude and commitment to my well-being transformed a stressful situation into a completely stress-free experience. I felt calm and confident that my car was in the right, reliable hands.
I have visited other Kwik Fit locations in the past, but this particular experience was truly exemplary. Liam is a remarkable asset to your team, and his dedication to customer care is truly laudable.
Although I do not reside in Crewe, I will undoubtedly consider returning to this branch for future car care because of the service I received from Liam.

Absolutely excellent service from Liam & his team. I arrived as the garage was closing at 6pm for a puncture repair I agreed to come back for opening time the next morning which I did. My puncture was repaired immediately and all tyre pressures checked & balanced FOC - friendly staff excellent customer service thank you . I definitely recommend Liam & his team at Kwikfit Hightown Crewe

We found this garage after a sudden flat type, with a long journey (down south) ahead. Even though they were busy and shortly closing, they helped us get back on the road quickly. They were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. We will always use Kwikfit going forward. Thanks

I can?t praise the team at Kwik Fit Crewe enough. I urgently needed a tyre replacement for my Chrysler and gave them a call to see if they could help. Not only did they have the correct size in stock, but they also managed to fit me in at short notice. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish. What stood out most was the honesty and integrity of the team ? no upselling, just clear, professional service with my safety in mind. Highly recommend if you're looking for a trustworthy and efficient garage.

Had a ?knocking sound? on my car so went to Kwik Fit Crewe. Liam put my car up on the stand and diagnosed the potential problem. He was so patient with me and reassured me my car was fit to drive. Cannot recommend Crewe kwik fit highly enough based on my interaction with Liam. What a lovely young man. Thank you Liam.

Rang at quarter to 6 for a desperate aircon liam on the phone told me no problem bring it down and I?ll stay after hours to get it sorted. Excellent service can?t fault Liam and his team. Thank you for helping me in my time of need.

I honestly cannot recommend Liam and his team highly enough. I visited earlier in the week with a noise coming from under my car which I presumed was exhaust knocking. The guys couldn?t have been more helpful. Fitted me in, car straight on the ramp, identified the problem and sorted it! Thank you so much! This place is now my new go to for tyres and exhausts.
