We just thought want to have a quick meal there after shopping. We ordered food to our table and sat down and wait and watched everyone arrived at the same time had their orders basically ate all, when we were waiting 25 mins I got up and went to the desks to see whats the problem. Watched a few orders been made and seen ours were avoided each time they picked one. Ours was the only order shown 28mins at the time but they still picked orders with 5-10 waiting time. So I had asked what was wrong with ours then they said sorry and told me they will do it now. Other about 5-10 minutes we had the order, I was advised something was not on stock but couldn?t really understand what as the girl was very quiet. The two menu has been packed on one tray so we didn?t even know which is really ours. I believe I suppose to have corn but there wasn?t any so I thought thats maybe out of stock. But the other order suppose to have beans, we not had beans either. We didn?t know which sandwich is which as there was no writting on the box and we not regulars in a KFC. So picked a burger but it was hot, despite none of the order suppose to be hot. So my partner had that he could eat it. I started to other burger which was not hot up till half way when the chicken fillet turned to extremelly hot. 1 burger arrived cold. The whole meal not tasted right but it maybe just because we were so angry at that point and wanted out. Never KFC ever again.

Absolutely dreadful! Visited at 11.30 on Saturday and ended up waiting 30 minutes for our order, and it wasn?t even busy! Looked like they were completely understaffed, and other people were clearly getting agitated and complaining at the time it was taking. To top it all off, the ?rubbery? chicken burger wasn?t great either.
I won?t be going back.

If you are prepared to wait over 30 minutes when hungry, ready to clean tables, please go in. Otherwise, avoid at all possible costs.

Very disappointed. Food rating is stated as 5 but the overall cleanliness was very poor. Took well over 30 mins for the food to arrive. The staff were very apologetic but the store itself was lacking.

I went in with my daughter and partner ordered our food on the machines and sat down at a table, it was absolutely disgusting food on the tables and on the floor very very dirty, due to not being cleaned after each customer. The food took over 30 minutes to arrive which is not good at all and didn't even get an apology. Their was also other customers sitting at dirty tables ? before we left I took my 3 year old daughter to the bathroom and the bathroom was discussing the toilets were full of used toilet role on the floor and the toilets were not flushed etc. I will never be eating here again.

This is not the first time for long time waiting. Last time i waited 30 mins and today after my children waited for 15 mins and they told us needed to wait another 30 mins for the chicken ready. Ridiculous! More than 45 mins to wait in KFC to eat. Never come back here anymore.

Worst KFC ever!
The chicken was burnt and fried to death! The rest of the food was freezing cold.
I felt sorry for the women serving she was doing more than her best but clearly lacked support from the rest of the team!

Used the drive through, the staff were brilliant, unfortunately the 2 mins wait time was much longer ,that said much better experience than the other kfc in crewe

Customer service you can?t even get hold of them I eaten raw chicken and completely unwell today I have raised this to the delivery team they said we can?t issue your money back I have to contact kfc I tried doing this and it says lines closed pls write to use I have reported this to food trading standards for further investigation!!!
