Had a good experience in this store with a young sales assistant who was very friendly. Despite the rude member of staff that kept interrupting us given her clothes to hang when she was speaking to a customer. Other member of staff who was ask to unlock the changing rooms who had a miserable face who took the clothing off the hanger then ask me for the hanger, which found very odd. Tried to raise this online with jd but how there system set up doesn?t allow to leave feedback only enquiries about online shopping. I went into store and spoke to member staff regarding this who was happy to take on the feedback.
Went in here on 6th Oct 24 to pick up clock and collect had to repeat order no three times told sales assistant the name it was under, which he then ask me the name the order was under ??

Called in on a Saturday, to enquire about size 9 On cloud's, no joy with staff,staff to busy gas bagging with there mates and showing off , tried to get there attention, with no luck.So walked out got um £50 cheaper foot locker on line ,JD if you listening sort ur staff outWith basic customer service...

There staff member needs to mind their own store and stop policing the car park issuing invoices then wandering back in the shop.

Would not refund or even swap a pair of trainers I had bought the previous day, unworn, still labelled and tagged, had receipt. Terrible customer service.

It was horrible I was only buying a football but i just went off in a bad mood putting the ball back. I wish you luck because you just lost a customer and i hope you train your people so other customers can actually shop without waiting at the counter for 20 minute.

No one around to help with clothing stacked on ridiculously high hooks! Never have sizes ime looking for. Expensive
