“The room was spacious and comfortable, thankfully we were able to walk in and gain a room within 30 minutes.Safety: the security was top notch for it's location as an incident involving me and my partner was thankfully avoided, I offer my thanks to the staff for maintaining their professionalism when I enquired about the details.”

“A little bit of luxury while traveling. We stayed at Crewe Hall to break the journey when driving from Scotland to the south coast.The staff were brilliant, the chap on the bar, the evening of Friday 18th Aug was knowledgeable and very attentive, and we had a great chat.The room was excellent, as was the Pool and spa area. Food was great.”

“Great base hotel. Didn’t spend much time in there as only there one night. Great location right next to the motorway. Clean, basic but had the amenities we needed. Handy that we had a kfc and a greggs right next door.”

“About 10 mins from Crewe Station and has an excellent Beefeater in same complex with great Meal Deals if you book when you book hotel.Comfortable bed and nice size room with couch. Free Wifi ok for texts and email etc.Good value for money with the meal deal that includes evening meal and all yiu can eat cooked breakfast.Food & drinks: The Beefeater Meal Deal is excellent value. Vending machine for some snacks and drinks in foyer.”

“Had to have an emergency overnight stay 20th to 21st Oct due to storm Babhet cancelling the train to Edinburgh... Stacey was amazing...room was OK, hotel was noisy... whole place could have done with a good deep clean (hoover under the mattress... re bed bugs ! A wee bit routine maintenance... clean the tiles sort of things)... very noisy place, ..can hear everything from all other rooms, stairs and the road.. Best bit.. Stacey at reception... she was an absolute star.. amazing, so helpful, cheery and and absolute gem, thanks Stace... hope you enjoy your well deserved holiday xxx”

Making suggestions about how to get somewhere. And always anyone on the deck would always say hello and very friendly and approachable. Well Done to Pete and the team.
