Hotel a bit out of the way, rooms spacious and comfortable, restaurant buffet style could be better, leak in ceiling on 4th floor corridor had buckets in middle of passage.

Had a lovely stay but a few little things : The hotel is having a few changes so bar was low or empty on drinks Postives Lovejy helpful staff . Room was comfortable but a few niggly things Cleaning was great The staff you could see they was run of their feet and could have done with a few more hands but still was able to provide great service . Negative So when we went was buffet type food only when We went was not left on the buffet frist night we had buffet. But personally was a bit disappointed in quality and what was available. I have allergies which means I have to be careful . This on this night knocked 3 of the 4 options out for me . And the option I could have was not much left . The room oNly had one pillow each was very hot the black out Curtins had a few holes in them Second night the buffet we didn?t fancy as night before was hetic and I know rules on Covid changed but didn?t feel comable . And second night there was nothing on buffet I could eat anyway for the price Breakfast again was buffet style. Cooked items With to me not great quality items whxih on the second night o decided not to eat . We bought on buy a gift . For what we fought it was it was not what I was expecting . I was expecting a more cosy out way . Than on a business park .

I had my wedding cancelled by this venue. I was told this via email with no real sincere apology. I had already booked a registrar and suppliers. I now risk losing my deposits for these things.The hotel have refunded me the money I paid to them however I may lose a lot more money because of them which I don't feel is fair at all.After having now been in touch with other venues I have realised how unprofessional they were it took so long to get prices and answers when enquiring about things. Also when paying the deposit the manager was not very approachable and we felt rushed.The two members of staff I first spoke to were lovely and really helpful (Simon and another lady) however we were then passed on to the manager Nello who was the complete opposite didn't seem to have time for anyone.

Good hotel, excellent with great customer service. Unable to get taxi, staff member dropped me to my location.Good breakfast, ample selection to choose from, although sausage tasteless.

Room was spotless, quiet, nice temperature (I was at end of corridor) bed was supercomfy. Hairdryer didn't work but lovely cleaner swapped it for me within a minute!! Breakfast was delicious and generous. Best of all was the welcoming customer service from Kim on reception - as a lone female traveller I really appreciated the time and care she took to make sure I had everything I needed, even though she was very busy. I saw her looking after a variety of guests and she was friendly and professional at all times. Obviously the hotel is undergoing some changes soon and I hope you can retain and value your hardworking team, as they can make or break a customer's experience of the brand. Many thanks.

We had been invited to a wedding just outside Crewe so decided to stay a couple of nights, because I?m a All member I picked this hotel for bed and breakfast. A little remote, but was OK for what we needed

We have stayed in many budget hotels, this we rate one of the best, very clean, warm, friendly staff who were extremely helpful, our room was immaculate, very quiet and comfortable.food....the evening buffet was very good, tasty and plentiful. the breakfast was great, full English or a decent section of continental

Lovely clean hotel. Polite and friendly service team from check in to room service staff. Our room is a bit too small and the shower door design is very disappointing. We enjoyed the breakfast which was full English.

The hotel was very good, with a comfortabke room, great breakfast and lively bar at night. The only problem that I experienced was that I received a parking fee of £100 at the end of May, for the first night of my stay (10th April). I would advise potential guests to check with the hotel about parking policy. I personally will be reluctant to stay here during my upcoming trip in September.

Extremely unsatisfied! Booked a room for a family of 4 , the room only had one double bed and a pull out sofa bed that made so much noise. There was also coffee and milk packets stuffed down the back of the sofa as well as a dirty bathroom. Food wasn?t that nice definitely would not ever recommend this hotel I would rather sleep on the streets!

Sadly I didnt have a nice experience when I arrived as my room was not available anymore and I haven?t been informed.My company booked the Hotel 2 weeks ago. I arrived from Spain after 2 hours in delay very tired at 3:30 and the reception saying there isn't a room for me anymore.It was unbelivable as I have to insist to find a solution we haven't been informed of that before if it was booked for whole week. Very disappointed service and welcome. After that, they moved me for another hotel Travelodge and find a solution to back to the Hotel. When arrived the new hotel they would allow me to entry without a payment and I have again to ask to call them to sort it out. The new hotel was without internet and no breakfast. In another morning I back to the Hotel.For my company they justified saying it was because I was late - it is not true. The reception told me was a lack of communication and organisation so it was disappointed again about trying to not assume their fault.It was convenient to be there those days - breakfast and staffs were friendly. The room has a beautiful view and you can walk behind the hotel there is a beautiful place.Gym is small. Shower is definitely good and the decoration on the room is beatiful.It is nice big hotel seems a good menu and big parking space with 24h service.

Was driving down from inverness to Heathrow during covid times and stopped midway. It was an emergency situation they did not even let us rest in the parking.... we were ready to pay they did not give us a room. Insensitive, ruthless, arrogant inconsiderate hotel.

I stayed here for 10 days and found this to be a very comfortable hotel. Very clean and the staff very warm and hospitable. Nello, the Manager ensures he and his team of staff are engaging, and friendly. The housekeeping staff also, very friendly. Notable mentions to Kim, Martyn, Simon, Paul and Carey, with special thanks to Chef Antoinette for providing a bespoke and dedicated service to guests at breakfast. Antoinette and Kim and Nello make this hotel a real gem. Breakfast and dinner set ups amazingly good. Menu: Linguine is exceptional as is the prawn cocktail, meatball Penne Pasta and Jalfrezi. The cheeseburger is a bit pathetic in presentation and taste and chips uninspiring. Otherwise, all very good and tasty.
