You’d think with all the online triage forms you have to fill out now that there would be more availability for appointments and getting through on phones lines however it’s quite the opposite. It took me three weeks to have a blood test! T-h-r-e-e w-e-e-k-s.I’m also fed up with receiving texts about “staff training”.... read full comment
