This has to be my favourite H&B manager is lovely often have regular conversations with her. Rest of staff are friendly but don?t really tend to engage much of conversation. Over all I love the store and the products

I came into the store today 4th Aug after being recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia, looking for advice on what the store has to possibly help. I met David, who went above and beyond to help me. He made me feel heard and understood how I was feeling. This store is beyond lucky to have him on board! Can't thank him enough for his help today!

The 2 gentleman working in store yesterday (Sunday) were very pleasant and helpful without being pushy, it was obvious they took pride in their job. The store is clean, well stocked and welcoming. Thank you to all the H&B Crewe Team.

Walked out yesterday, leaving what we wished to purchase on the counter. Felt completely ignored as a customer. He would rather talk with his colleague than take pay for our purchases. Are we invisible? We certainly felt it. Never again.

The staff was very friendly and allowed us to browse freely and made us aware that they were available to assist us whenever we required it. I was particularly delighted with the offers and was informed of how I might make additional savings on some of the products that I'd bought. I would definitely visit here again!

Went in Saturday got some great advice, not pushy at all, or impatient as I tried to calculate the best deal taking into account bogof and bogo1/2price. Reasonable prices with the deal.

Nipped in for some clary sage to help summon a demon, the assistant was so unbelievably helpful, much more than was necessary, that I contemplated swopping my misses for her, but i realised this would not aid in my demonic acquisition mission-editI have been instructed by the demon container to reiterate how helpful the assistant was, she gave me lots of details about the demon birthing facility and advise on reconstructive surgery after it bursts into the human realm. She was excellent

V Good supplements store. All what you possibley need to refill your daily diete in vitamins and minerals and more. If you don't know what can you need or have lack of kourage just ask the frendly staff for advaice they are welcome and V Friendly to advice and resolve eny problem.
