I?ve just been to Crewe branch I had large amounts deposit to put in to my account a lady call Dawn told me to use the atm machine to deposit I show my money I said is going to take some times put all that in 2 cashier was sitting there doing nothing and then she said we don?t take cash over the counter since when Halifax bank doesn?t take cash she was very rude and very bad attitude this 3rd time I have trouble with her only person cause problem in there !!!

Went into branch as I had query on using debit card abroad and fees etc also details re Travel Ready. The lady behind the desk as you go in was clueless and gave me wrong info. She started looking on the Halifax website for 10mins and still couldn't find any answers , she then started shouting at me and rushed off. Staff need proper training in this branch or at least admit they don't know rather than pretending they do and give wrong info. In summary dreadful customer experience , train your staff.

Only been into this branch on a couple of occasions, but the staff were very friendly and helpful both times. Queues can get busy around an hour before closing times, especially on a Monday so best to avoid if possible.

How am I supposed to pay in money from my new business when its closed during the hours I am free. Who closes at 3 when business run till later. Call themselves a bank.

I have banked with halifax for a very very long time and i can honestly say customer service is second to none. Absolutly fantastic. They truly care about there customers and help you in any way they can. As long as you approch them with respect (remember they are there to help ) be compleatly open and honest about any problems you are facing and keep them informed they will go above and beyond to help you in anyway possable. Fantastic Bank.

Absolutely disgusting spoke to 3 managers and one was named dawn and she is very rude and doesn't want to help people do not bank with Halifax I've been left for 4 days with no money I have children to feed and Bill's to pay still they wont resolve the matter
