Absolutely pathetic . Put my bike in crewe store 12 days ago and still waiting for a call to say its ready. They said it'll be a day or 2 . Almost impossible to get a contact number for the shop . Went on live chat on Friday and was told someone would call me back in 4 hrs . Its now Tuesday and still waiting. Absolutely worst customer service imaginable. Will NEVER use halfords again for anything.

Terrible customer service, was waiting for items to be delivered to Crewe store. Then sent email thanking me for collecting items. I didn?t receive a text or email stating the items were in store. I didn?t collect the items either. I will not be ordering anything from Halfords again and wouldn?t even give it one star but have to to post feedback.

Some of the items required for my car entertainment system never arrived at the store. The store didn?t contact me to save a wasted journey and my time. My paid for installation could not be carried out. Rebooked for 8 days later and the same thing happened again. Not acceptable! Very poor administration and shockingly bad customer service! Chantelle, nobody had reached out to me! You have my details on your database.

Online ordering quick and easy but when you get to the store there are not enough staff and you are waiting for ages to pick up your order that you can see on the end of the counter!!!

Have come in for a bulb change a few times as I don?t have the tools to remove them. Both times panels have been scratched and on my recent visit a piece of my taillight had been broken while a young lad took it out . when will they actaully hire people who give a damn about cars .

Staff was extremely rude. I order the item on the 12th January, i received an email on the 13th that my order has been cancelled and i should expect an email about my refund. After 10 days, i had to call the customer service who then told me the item was reordered and its in the store, so i should pick up the following day, 24th January. I asked the CS guy why i wasn't contacted about the reorder and the pick up notice, but he said he didn't know.On getting to the Harford crewe outlet, the staff I met, a lady who attended to me was extremely rude, right from the time i approached her about my order. She tried to make it look like i didn't come for my order on time. I then showed her the cancellation email i got from them and nothing more. She now lied that I was called, i again showed my call log and email but nothing from Harford. Rather then she apologising for their failing to contact me, she turned the situation around that saying i was shouting. She kept on acting in this rude manner until a guy came to sort the situation. She claimed they reordered my item, yet I was giving something else. My order was, Harford branded car alarm battery 2032, but i was giving an unboxed battery instead. She said to have reordered my item, yet i was given a look alike of my order. As she claimed that they contacted me which was a lie, where they contacting me to come pick up a look alike item? Very poor service and rude staff.

I had a very poor experience yesterday. I asked for roof bars for my ford escort and after plenty of searching the girl brought me 2 boxes containing bars and a fitting kit (£110ish). I returned home and was unable to fit them (no fitting instructions). I again went to the shop and waited in the queue to be told I needed another part (feet!!) at a further cost of £130 which they didn't have! I took a refund and bought much cheaper bars on Amazon. What a waste of time Halfords are.
