Went to halfords in crewe this morning for a new number plate, showed paperwork and pain when I asked about fitting they looked worried and said they would have a look, when he looked at car he said he could use sticky pads I said I wanted it screwing on and his reply was he couldn't do that as they didn't have a drill working this morning, could not believe what he had said, so took plate and fitted myself

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Visited the branch at Crewe purchased a new truck Sat Nav needed urgently. Bought a brand that I haven't used before but buying it at Halfords gives me confidence in the product due to past experience. Bought at a great price using the motorist discount scheme. Unbeatable.

He was so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, helped us pick out the perfect bikes, and explained all the features so clearly. You can tell he?s hardworking and really cares about his customers. It honestly made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.
Michael is a credit to the team, and I?d definitely recommend Halfords to anyone.

I purchased two Halfords own make ground anchors, they were on offer at a great price, the quality was really good, and the click & collect service worked perfectly, the staff in store were, efficient, friendly and cheerful.

Bought a car battery on Sat 26th July from Halfords Crewe
I spoke on the phone to an adviser prior to visiting and after taking my car registration quoted a price of £137 , in store the young lady also took my registration and again priced a suitable battery at £137, she also advised that if I became a motor club member I could have free fitting and a small discount, I paid tge amount £126.58
Upon fitting the technician explained the battery recommended was not correct for my carand I needed a more expensive one, I had been told twice the battery I needed, now to be told it wasn't suitable is very frustrating.
The technician fitted the correct battery, and ask me to go to the counter and pay the difference, the young lady had to refund then take the money for the new battery £189 separately, the new battery costing £60 more than the recommended battery!
At this stage three days on i have still not recipe the refund in my bank so at tge moment Galfords have over £300 of my money!
I spoke to customer services and they cannot help!
Can't believe the terrible experience I've had!

Extremely helpful staff. Julia sorted my account for me and booked my membership MOT. A lovely young man did my 10 point check and fitted my rear wiper. Excellent service!!!
