I took my car in for its Mot today and must say that I was very impressed by the standard of customer service. Upon booking online I received a confirmation email containing instructions for the test, some advice and contact details. The technician I saw was very helpful and informative and the car was ready promptly when I returned. I would definitely recommend this branch of Halfords Autocentre

Mike and Paul at Halfords Autocentre are fantastic - honest, punctual, and extremely informative. They take the time to explain everything in detail and even show you the parts they?ve replaced. 10/10 customer service and quality of work. The whole team have been accommodating and professional every time I have taken multiple vehicles for maintenance.
Initially using private garages In the Sandbach area, after routine poor work/customer service from these garages, I turned to the team at Halfords to fix a problem with wheel bearings which 3 private garages had refused to help with. The team had it fixed within the day!
I have been with them ever since and recommend them to everyone I know. Keep up the good work, Halfords should be proud of their team in Crewe

What can I say. Mike?s customer service was excellent from the moment I called Halfords Autocentre in Crewe!
I?d booked in to get my back brakes done. But they encountered a problem and the car was not safe to drive without them fixing this. Mike, Blake and Paul made sure they sorted it so I could get back on the road safely and ready for work.
Many garages wouldn?t have gone to the trouble they did, saving me money, time and most importantly kept me and my son safe.
