“Love my Aqua aerobics with Alicia on a Monday and Wednesday, Friday's it's Ann, both are amazing and make it fun. Tuesday it's Move it or loose it with Ann, this help keep your joints ect moving especially good if you have aches and pains. With both activities I do you get to meet different people and have a laugh. Best thing I've done since retirement.”
