Brilliant service and Jess had a really good knowledge on gluten free. Large menu available for gluten-free and prepared separately.Dietary restrictions: Large range of gluten free options and lots of knowledge about cross contamination and what can be had.

We are so disappointed that this pub no longer has an adult only seating area that it used to have which used to give adults without children a quiet place to eat. Now, this former adult only area has also been given over to families with children, many of who have children that do not know how to be quiet and need to run around making noise because their parents have no regard for others and no control over thier children. This means that we - and other adults without children that we know - will no longer be using the Four Eagles but having been in touch with Head Office, they simply do not care, saying that the Bar area is for adults only - if you like loud Football matches constantly on the TV and regular drinkers who like to talk loud.

The food was passable for the price but there is no service at all. You are expected to order everything from a QR code. I didn't think I spoke to a single member of staff during my visit except to thank a sullen food runner for bringing our food to the table. Whilst we were eating a myriad of children approached our table to ask for money for the claw machine whilst the table next to us swore aggressively for the duration of our visit. I appreciate that the management can't control who walks in the door but it was advertised as a family friendly venue and I had to spend most of my visit managing other people's children whilst explaining to my 5 year old that using the f-word is absolutely unacceptable. I felt the food was average for the price, but the lack of service and obvious false advertising as to the nature of the venue ruined the experience for me and my family. This is absolutely NOT a family venue, please be aware!

I recently visited the Four Eagles pub and wanted to share my thoughts on the experience. Overall, I found it to be a nice establishment with good food and a decent atmosphere. However, there were a few aspects that could be improved upon.Firstly, I enjoyed the food at the Four Eagles. The menu offered a variety of options, and the quality of the dishes was satisfactory. Additionally, the desserts were a highlight ? delicious and worth indulging in.The atmosphere of the pub is generally pleasant, but it tends to get too loud on weekends, which can be a bit overwhelming at times. Furthermore, while there are plenty of seating areas, I noticed that the outdoor space could benefit from more equipment to make it more children-friendly.I understand that during busy periods, wait times can be lengthy. However, most of the staff are friendly and approachable, which helps make the wait more bearable. Despite this, I did find that the bar service could be quite slow, although the bar staff were always polite. In conclusion, the Four Eagles is a perfect spot for a cheap pub grub outing, whether with family or as a couple. While there are areas for improvement, such as reducing weekend noise levels and speeding up bar service, I would still recommend it for a casual dining experience.

Quick service, lovely food, and a big shout out to the manager Kim who went out of her way to help calm my 2 year old down when he was unhappy about getting in a high chair. She took time out of her busy day on Mother's Day to get down to his level and talk to him, she had so much patience with him! She offered to get him something else when he wouldn't try his waffles, brought both him and his sister a pack of crayons and activity page, and also a toy each from the machines! It's great customer service like this that will keep people going back ?

Classic pub with a good atmosphere and good food too. Natasha at the bar served us and she was accomodating and friendly. Great place.
