Amazing customer service from Jonty. So pleased I walked in to the Crewe store. I was looking for herringbone flooring and Jonty made the whole process so easy from getting me a good price on the flooring and fitting. He also went above and beyond and gave me great support with a difficult delivery.

Sam as been absolutely brilliant and very helpful in the process of buying our carpets and sorting out delivery and fitting dates to try and suit us.Would highly recommend. Nothing is too much trouble and very reasonably priced. Will be back in touch with Sam for our kitchen Lino and carpet for smaller bedroom in the near future.Thanks again mate.

Originally good but a number bad things happened since.1. Poor advice in sales left us with a second visit to our home needed causing more expense for us to call our joiners back. Because they under sold and under quoted.2. Delivery by dumping a pallet on our drive and just leaving it and refusing to take the pallet away. (We still have it)3. Requesting a call back and never received.4. Placing a 2nd order (we had to as we needed to add more flooring) changing an item and was told all had been done.The delivery came and the original item had been delivered. I had to enquire before they told me it had been discontinued and can?t provide it anymore. So I now am stuck with something I don?t need and without a solution in the same colour.Completely useless and a chancers.Avoid at all costs. Unless you want to be infuriated and with a random pallet in your house.

Im only sharing my experience from the interaction side. I?ve had with one particular member of staff. I can?t comment on the fitted and the job as it hasn?t taken place yet.This staff went on saying how he would keep me up to date, with delivery etc which didn?t happen communication was a lot left to be desired.yesterday received a text from head office they would be coming out on 20th Feb 24. This date wasn?t suitable and had to be rearranged.( as staff failed to contact me to arrange a suitable time and date) The person refused to answer my questions and had the audacity to be rude towards me. Also refused to give me head office details, I will share more info after job been done. His professionalism was very poor and customer service fell very short. ( also the quote price changed three times)

I waited until our flooring was delivered to leave a review. We have it now - on time and exactly as ordered. Jonty was really helpful in store. We got good, detailed information from him and lovely flooring at the right price. Recommended.

Brilliant store with lots of choice. Morgan was so helpful but not pushy. Even Jonty helped on his day off! Had a very good experience with them, very friendly and knowledgeable. I'll definitely come back to this store. Thanks Guys.

AVOID AT ALL COSTSSold artificial grass to my parents, who realised after getting it laid it was faulty with a prominent line down it. Offered an insulting ?good will gesture? despite it not being a noticeable fault before it was laid apparently it?s not their problem now
