Brilliant store, I bought a g shock watch online but could not get it to work. So looked for a local gshock supplier eurnest jones and brought it to them. They took the watch in and turned out it needed resetting to fix the problem. They fixed the problem and rang me to say you can pick the watch up and the service was free ?. Very good service, thank you and I'll defo use the store in future.

My husband bought me earrings for my birthday, and when I opened the box all I saw was a plastic bag with 2 large stickers stating that if they were taken out of the bags no exchange or refund.
I had no choice but to open the bag and disliked the earrings on sight. They are very flimsy with very short posts and tiny butterflies. For £475 I would expect a gold pair of earrings to be of much better quality. Regrettably I will never wear them as I really do not like them, and judging by the look of them they would not last a day. How is someone meant to see a product properly if it's encased in plastic and hidden behind large stickers? I guess that the store will be sure of no returns/refunds or exchanges.................
Following the review I have received a response from Ernest Jones Customer service and hopefully a compromise can be reached. Impressed with speedy response.

After disappointment from online sales team, Sarah stepped in and saved the day. The watch I bought online, firstly online order was cancelled for no reason, than Sarah confirmed they had it in stock kept it for me and honoured online discount. Ernest Jones should be proud of staff members like Sarah.

I had wonderful personal service from Sarah . She tried very hard to get my first choice of ring ordered in my very large lady size but was unable to . However her great empathy and sales technique helped me find another similar ring with a good discount and I am thrilled with my beautiful aquamarine and diamond ring .

Daisy is very helpful and kind. She helped me pick the perfect ring and comparing prices of the rings I liked. I have Tourette?s Syndrome and she was very understanding about that. The store also has a great selection of rings. If you like simple and stunning I recommend going here. Thank you so much!

Bought watch weds wore it Friday went swimming for 1/2 hour Sunday . returned Tues having stopped and full of water.Manager insisted I had damaged it or snagged it. I explained i hadnt but she wasnt having any of it.Poor customer service skills.She held it up shook it poked on button and it fell off. Claimed iwas responsible when it fell off in her hand as a result of being. It was on when i handed it to her.poked upposed to be water resistant to 5 bar 100 plus feet pool 1.2 meter deepfull of water after swimming for less than ten minutes ( photos to prove shown ) poor quality and i didn't like inference I had damaged it. Came with no instructions.or demonstration of how to use buttons on side told me to look instructions up.online Good job i took out extra ins which she told me is now void. I have to pay again to insure it. It was faulty when i had it. Service like that avoid the place . I was made to feel stupid . Boss watch not cheap either Not happy with customer service from instore staff. ( MANAGERESS)

From my experience the other day I went to Ernest jones and was greeted with a smile and a very warm welcome. I was looking at buying a watch and they had the one I was looking for, the service was quick and the lady Sarah who helped me answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortableI recommend this shop to anyone who wants to buy any jewellery/watches.
