Love this Dunelm as it has a great little coffee shop looking down onto the shop floor so you can shop from the top hehehehehe. They do an amazing cream tea with real clotted cream for just under £4.... amazing... I returned the towels I bought 3 months prior and they were great very helpful and swapped them out.

The Dunelm Store here in Crewe, next to Home Bargains has good parking and is only a short walk from Crewe town centre. The store itself has come a long way since it came to Crewe and has improved the showroom tremendously and the product range is also very good. Spread over two floors and with a number of different departments and a sit down cafe upstairs, Dunelm has enabled me to buy various things in order to furnish and upgrade my recently bought flat in Crewe.
They have their own brand products along with designer (I know everything has had to be designed) celebrity products along with Dorma, Laura Ashley and other trusted and quality branded products.
All the staff I have come into contact with over recent months have been extremely helpful, patient, understanding and professional across the store and to this end I give a 5 star rating to Dunelm as a store, the products it sells and also to the staff.
My now deceased mother going back many years use to buy stuff from Dunelm and a piece of advice she gave me was, by the best what you are able to afford.
Dunelm has served me well as an individual and the fact that Crewe has a local store near the town centre, makes my preference when ever possible to buy local and keep jobs in your locality and the money also. Only shop on-line when a local store cannot provide you with what you want and Dunelm are currently one of my favourite stores as I have not finished with them yet.
Well done to everyone at Dunelm for a great shopping environment and superb staff.
A happy and satisfied person here in Crewe.

I ordered made to measure blinds from Dunelm. The staff were extremely helpful, an appointment was made quickly for measuring, the ordering process was easy , the blinds were made very quickly and a fitting appointment was within a few days. The only hiccup was with their deliveries carrier who gave confusing information.
The fitter did a super job, was a very tidy worker who respected my home. He took all the rubbish away with him.
Another bonus was the 20% discount sale. I would definitely use the made to measure service again.

I always rely on this shop for household items, and they have never let me down! Most recently, I was searching for a tool to roll out pie dough and had no luck at several other shops. Then it hit me?why waste time elsewhere when I know Dunelm always delivers? Sure enough, they had exactly what I was looking for. I couldn?t be happier with the service and selection?definitely a five-star experience!
