Very nice welcome by Jackie at our crewe shop. She was very informative and willing to letting us look round on our own, but there on hand when we needed her assistance. Very good service definitely recommend.

Kirstie was friendly and helpful from the start, she helped us to choose a new ottoman bed and cheerfully demonstrated each ottoman bed as well as various mattresses. We are really happy with the bed we chose and also happy that we paid a bit extra to get the bed taken to the room of choice and assembled. Jackie was fantastic in store helping me choose the right mattress. Professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Delivery was great too, Callum & Adam were also professional, very friendly and there was lots of communication re timings. They made swift work of getting up my tricky stairs. Much appreciated! I am disabled after my stroke and came to Dreams to buy an electric adjustable bed. I was looked after from the moment I arrived. I was able to try the bed, duvet and pillows. I was so comfortable I almost fell asleep in store. Jackie O took the best care of me throughout my visit and I had a lovely brew from Jackie P. I felt 100% happy and confident in my purchase and I can't wait for my new bed to arrive.

We were very pleased with the service we got and help in selecting our new mattress, after doing the sleepmatch analysis Jakie ?O? was extremely helpful in explaining the info from it and pointing us in the right direction for the mattress that would suit use best. We got our selves sort with our new mattress and now cannot wait for it to arrive. Thanks again for your assistance x

What fantastic customer we received from Jackie, such a friendly, helpful and lovely lady she was, upon arrival to the Crewe store! We only went in for a browse and bought two mattresses. Plenty of choice with some great offers. Would not hesitate to recommend at all, a definite must if you?re looking for a mattress or two!! Extremely pleased with our purchase today?.thank you!
