Absolutely disgusting service? Saturday afternoon and they have one colleague on the upper floor servicing everyone?. Been waiting now approx 15 minutes!
Not even an acknowledgement of wait or any support from staff on the bottom floor!
If I wasn?t desperate for my Airfryer I would go elsewhere!

We recently bought a laptop from the Crewe store, which was upsold when we were at the till & resultantly didn?t have the necessary specifications that we requested. When we returned to return the product we were rejected, told they will not accept the return because the box had been opened - despite only having the laptop for a day. We spoke to three different customer service representatives over the phone who were all utterly useless & refused to guarantee a refund.
Overall we are completely disgusted with their complete disregard and outdated policy regarding returns/refunds and would never recommend.

We ordered something online. We went in on a Friday afternoon to collect it. We were in and out in only a few minutes. Very efficient.

I went into Currys in Crewe a few days ago, needing an LG TV with Freesat capability, as I have no TV aerial signal where I live.
I was helped by Mohammed Sayeed who was superb! I could never describe myself as a 'techie' and find the whole process utterly confusing (and boring!) He was so patient and has brilliant product knowledge. He also has a very nice way with him!
The TV I wanted was OOS so I bought direct from LG, but went back to Currys today to buy a HDD and HDMI.
I was helped by Jamie this time, who was just as patient, helpful and knowledgeable as Sayeed. I have complete confidence in what I purchased. Thank you Jamie!
I was also greeted by Christina who was also wonderful, making me feel very welcome.
I hope Currys reward their staff appropriately, as staff members who helped me represent the company very well indeed.
Customer service to this level is rare nowadays, but it is a 10/10 from me! ? ? ?

BEWARE. I bought an HP Deskjet 2800e printer on 28th November. I found it impossible to link it to my computer. Managed to use help line where Maria passed me on to Alex who told me the drivers needed support from Windows Security at £150 for 3 years, £200 for 6 years or £250 for a lifetime. My own computer expert came round on Friday to say it was a scam and unloaded a number of files so he could set it up via the USB port which HP cover up with tape. I happily paid him £50 so the total cost was £110.

...and another bad experience with Currys...I ordered online to collect from the store and it showed it was in stock and after 30 minutes my order was cancelled because no one wanted to look for it...Merry Christmas Currys crew

I went to Crewe Curry's today, I was asked to wait as the staff member was serving a customer, I sat and waited and could see him serving more customers, so unfortunately I left the store. You need to get more staff or train more staff who are walking around to upgrade phones.

I was desperate for fridge freezer as my old one packed in was impressed with the staff the lady was very helpful I could have good look round and pick the one I wanted and delivered it to time limit they told me & very happy with new fridge freezer.
