Very happy with my lovely new reclining sofa's. Delivery took longer than anticipated, however communication was good, so I was kept informed. Friendly, helpful delivery guys. Would definitely buy again . Thank you Dave and gang ?

Awful place ordered a bed two weeks ago agreed a delivery date made sure we was in and called us on the day of delivery stating the supplier had made the wrong bed. Mistakes happen but the gentlemen who I spoke to did not even apologise he could not have cared less ! Fast forward to today . Bed meant to be delivered and they call and say their van has broken down but will deliver up to 5 ?. No one has came awful service as soon as they have your money they do not care ! Stay away from these cow boys I will be calling up for a refund first thing as they are now closed !Edit to review caller my partner said manager would call us in half hour surprise surprise no call ! We had a decorator in today who had to finish early because we expected this bed messaged them on fb and nothing - they take your money and do one be warned these guys are scammers I would not be surprised if they paid for the reviews if they do not give me my money I will be doing an indemnity claim as they are ignoring my requests for a refund !

Friendly and very helpful staff. Brought sofas which are lovely. Slight issue with one of the chairs but the team went out of their way to help sort out the problem which was quickly resolved. Fully recommend purchasing items from Crewe Home Furnishings.

Outstanding service from deciding to purchase a new sofa and love chair to delivery and assembly. All in less than a week. The team was very accommodating and matched our busy schedule. Further on, we had to swap the love chair with a standard armchair due to wrong measures on our side. Swap went smooth and overall we would highly recommend and we will definitely come back. Many thanks.

Loaded with some really nice furniture all types of setees 2 and 3 seaters + with recliners choice of manual or electric sat down on quite a few and they were all comfortable but they also have more than furniture best thing to do is go and have a look because there's too much to put on here at least you can have a sit down while you look they also have more upstairs but don't worry they have got a lift to help you out ?

Beautiful sofas and pictures mirrors. Great prices. Lovely staff who were very helpful but not pushy. Go and take a look. All different kinds of sofas for all budgets.
