Purchased an Audi Q3 from Crewe Audi earlier this week. The communications from the first phone call were excellent and the service from both Ethan and Mark in sales was spot on. All of the dealership staff we encountered were extremely helpful. Would have no hesitation in dealing with Crewe Audi in the future.

Don?t know where to start. On my third Q5 & the hassle I?ve had has been a joke.
First one had a fault and they kept it for three months leaving me in a small courtesy car yet still paying full price payments. Eventually lead to an asset swap that dragged on
I then stupidly decided to be optimistic and get another (petrol) thinking it wouldn?t have problems? wrong. Third one literally just had a coolant cap issue where all that needed doing was a new cap as it was under warranty however after being passed pillar to post, told it would need to come in for assessment before the work blah blah it now broke down and is currently in Bolton Audi for at least 48 hours, with no courtesy car (promised sorted by Monday morning) so unable to get to work, can?t claim loss of earnings all because of such a small fault. Honestly the cost of these cars monthly and they?ve just caused nothing but stress. The way I was dealt with at Crewe over the years has been nothing but woeful.

They say everybody treated the same not so . Car needed few things sorting one was the bonnet the car is daytona grey but the bonnet may as well be white nothing like the rest of the car .

Don't touch this dealership they lie about the condition of the cars they are selling I saw this audi on line at there dealership and spoke with the sales staff and the sales manager about the car and they both said the car would all done and pret for me picking up my new car I had the day of work drove for 2 hours to the dealership and when I got there they showed me the car wow I was speach less the car looked like a right off the bonnet was a totally different colour to the rest of the car the alloys where marked the front bumber had stone chips in the back bumber been of the car as it wasn't in line with the panels I just walked away this garage is using the audi logo to sell rubbish and wasted my time and my day 30 in fuel and a days pay thanks Crewe audi

Having chosen a used car on Saturday with 7145 miles on the clock on the forecourt I placed a deposit to secure the car. Having a good inspection at that point found 2 very minor scratches which they said they would rectify. At that point I placed the full deposit to buy the car. When I turned up today to collect the car it had nearly 100 miles extra on the clock and had not even been cleaned properly, to say I'm disappointed is an understatement they have used my car for their own use and lied saying that it never left the garage only to fill up with some fuel it already had over a quarter of a tank. Don't trust Audi Crewe !!!

Had a lovely experience buying my car from Audi Crewe from the salesman. Was kept update and well informed throughout the process and received a lovely key ring and bottle of champagne. Will be back in 3 years time.

Hugely positive experience at Crewe Audi, Michael who helped me went out of his way to ensure a really smooth experience and a great deal. Could not recommend him more. Incredibly personable, relaxed and friendly. Kept me informed the whole way through my purchase and made things very approachable.

Had to take my A5 in with Ad-Blue issues. Dealt with Sophie & Mark in the service department. Excellent service & extremely professional.Kept me fully updated on the progress with the parts & the repairs.After an initial estimate of several weeks, the repair was turned around in just over a week. Vehicle was returned washed & valeted. I would have no hesitation in recommending Crewe Audi.

On several occasions I have been completely ignored by staff whilst on the forecourt looking at cars, meanwhile they've engaged with other (older) customers. Would recommend staff don't just ignore younger people - they're also capable of purchasing a car even if staff assume they aren't!

My husband and i the most wonderful car buying experience at crewe Audi and cant thank the staff enough especially Brandon who went above and beyond from start to finish, it was my Birthday on the day we picked up our car so Brandon had arranged a special unveiling of our new car and presented me with the most gorgeous bouquet of flowers and bottle of champagne.Thank you Brandon for all your help and making our day a very special one.???
