Poor service received, staff will not swap an incorrect toast costing £5.20, because it is a food item. We are regulars here, spend over £20 each time. Really disappointed and it puts us off visiting again.

It looks as though Costa are now allowing dogs onto their premises. I?m surprised they?ve held out for so long. It does make me smile though we?ve recently been through 3 years of a most deadly pandemic where people were keeping 2 metres away from each other and wearing masks and washing their hands every few moments and even wiping food packaging down.
And now we allow dogs in places where people are eating and drinking and there?s young children and baby?s present and the area is supposed to be hygienic.
At least here at Holmes Chapel the dogs have to remain at the far end. I?ve even heard dog lovers and owners say that they don?t agree with dogs in restaurants and cafes. Being as Sandbach let their dogs go anywhere and being as Holmes Chapel is always nice and cosy not cold like Sandbach I think we?ll be coming here from now on.
I only hope the staff thoroughly scrub their hands after stroking and petting them and letting them lick their fingers and hands as you don?t know what the dog has just been licking do you? Enjoy!

Always need to add sugar to their coffee. Service could be a friendlier don't eat here. Only good point is it's a convenient meeting point. No parking if you want to avoid the tickets

As chain coffee shops go it as good. Made a convenient break on our trip across the country.

Busy spot but very efficient staff soon clear the queue. Clean and tidy cafe and toilets. I do find their americano to be quiet bitter.

A surprisingly large Costa here with plenty of comfy seating and the usual range if food and drinks. Very friendly staff.
