Poor service received, staff will not swap an incorrect toast costing £5.20, because it is a food item. We are regulars here, spend over £20 each time. Really disappointed and it puts us off visiting again.

It looks as though Costa are now allowing dogs onto their premises. I’m surprised they’ve held out for so long. It does make me smile though we’ve recently been through 3 years of a most deadly pandemic where people were keeping 2 metres away from each other and wearing masks and washing their hands every few moments... read full comment
