Went in at 6pm and picked up a sandwich to be heated (which were still out on display!!!) Before I said anything, a man called Will barked at me "We can't heat that up now, we've cleaned the ovens down in time for closing". I asked what time Costa closed and he informed me it was 7pm!!!!!!!
One hour before closing is too short notice to heat up a crappy tuna melt?? Please!!!!
Won't be returning....

1 star purely based on facilities management. Tables are always left uncleared (personally I think it?s a customers responsibility, but there is nowhere for customers to put there dirty plates and cups). The disabled toilet and baby changing has been out of order for 6 months +. Having just had a refurbishment, it?s still shut causing long queues for the toilet. Everything else is as expected with Costa; decent drinks and food, staff over ran and unorganised

Kath and the staff are brilliant, being disabled they looked after me wonderfully and brought my tray to the table for me when it was ready. The refurbished store is great, clean ,bright and the new tables and chairs and fantastic. Thanks again

Disgusting behaviour towards customers!
Took my 2 older teenagers in, and purchased 3 drinks for us.
I needed to take my medication, so I used some water from my handbag to take it (as my Costa drink was too hot).
The 2 younger staff members were fine with me doing this, but an older lady came from the kitchen area & threw us out!
We had to leave our purchased drinks there, as we bought ones to drink in the shop.
Absolutely appalled by how nasty she was towards us.

I do love Costa coffee but recent experience was ridiculous, there was no queues and standing by the till waiting and 4 workers didn?t even bother to say hi they didn?t even look at us whilst being on their phones and don?t let me mention dirty tables soo disappointed

The was a lovely lady who served our food and drinks and did a lovely job however there was another lady who was ginger, she was vile and treated her staff disgustingly, made the atmosphere hostile, wrong job for this woman.

Rudest ?manager? I?ve ever witnessed. Girls behind the counter worked really hard and in a timely manner and the woman who seemed to be running the shop was rude, condescending and plain mean to her staff. I visit this Costa maybe once a month and when I see this woman it ruins the whole experience almost immediately. Girls, make a complaint to whoever is above this woman you don?t have to stand for it ?

Just visited your shop, never again, the manager was so rude to customers and how she treated her staff was appalling, if I had had the nerve, I would have poured my drink over her head!!!!!

Very nice staff and experience although WiFi was not working (was able to connect to Boots WiFi next door).
