this is the fourth time i?ve been in during working hours and no staff can be found, spent 10 mins waiting to be served before a lady (in co-op uniform) came out from the back and said i?d have to go and find someone as she wasn?t working. not best impressed

Meal deal items would not go through at the deal price. Staff member who was serving me wasn't having any of it when I tried to explain that the bottled soup was actually a main and not a drink, being adamant that I had picked up 2 ?drinks?. This is particularly annoying as the soup is one of the only gluten free ?main? options in the meal deal.
I will happily update this review if the issue with the soup ?main? tag is resolved as I don?t want to cause any issues for the store as I use it a lot and find the staff and selection great otherwise.

Went into this store a free days to get their £6.00 frozen deal offer. However there were an item missing from the deal. Spoke to one of the staff asking if they could reduce the offer or give me alternative. His response was the deal is off. I ask how your selling a product that doesn?t exist, which is false advertising- he laughed which was very unprofessional.
He got another staff over who said the deal no longer on offer. I mentioned it was false advertising, she responding very rude and abruptly it?s in the small print. ( how any one suppose to read let alone see small print- which is quite crafty ) whilst I was talking to her she walked away.
Staff a too rude in this store, unprofessional and unethical. Raised a complaint with head office regarding this matter.
Maybe In future remove the offer - if you don?t have the items common sense wouldn?t go a miss

Hi. Went in there today, me and my partner from india wanted to buy some grocery. Experienced 2 members of the staff(looked like they were indian/pak) made fun of our accent and laughed at us,made faces when we asked for help. The lady started talking to us in hindi even while we were talking in english. Really upset about this condition.felt neglected. Lot of racism. Kindly take strict action.The staff is always talking amongst each other and using bad language and no one is ever available at the counter where cash is taken. We literally have to ask for help and wait a lot of time.

Yea went in there today bald manager with a terrible beard talking to a young staff member really rudely he stood in our way so we couldn't get down the Isle while doing this to the point that we walked out I don't want to put money into a shop that treats there staff like that

Given wrong cigarettes asked for Richmond superkings original but get Richmond green filter superkings someone please tell me where that says ORIGINAL obviously don't read packs properly just see Richmond and word superkings not the bit before it yes my own fault should of checked but didn't have my glasses but there again they should check I mean honestly how many of us check we just grab and go but they should read properly

Unfortunately I experienced a very rude member of staff this evening. She was blocking the isle and I politely said, "excuse me please" the lady never spoke just looked at with me with disgust as she moved the trolley she was using. I walked past but I turned and approached her and said she was quite rude. She asked why, so I told her how she was impolite not to speak or acknowledge that I had spoken to her, she argued back and asked what I expected her to do. I suggested she could of acknowledged me and spoke. She just looked at me. No apology, just rudeness. My one star rating is purely based on this one member of staff.
