Some of the rudest staff I?ve come across. Asked if they could tell me what the battery was like on a MacBook Air they had in and was told that the only to find that was put an account it but to do that I would have to buy it first.

Very poor attitude took a tablet back they said wait 50 mins we test it but there test is just of wifi so stuff never gets proper test I never buy there again

I went to trade a wii to get some games but they refused to test it in,the staff did not even tried to do anything about it.

Received a god awful smelling filthy Xbox controller to which the store said they clean them before shipping out, it had obvious sweat build up on every nook in it disgusting the shop electronics are so overpriced too the website is a joke

I went there to sell my ps4 pro, first time I came after selling something they told me nothing about needing a controller, cables or anything. Second time I came they told me I need a controller and all the cables. For the last time I went there I had everything just to be told its missing a sticker on the back? I was going to get ripped off anyways. Was going to be offered £60 managed to get £85 instead by selling it on FB marketplace. Would not recommend selling here if you have items with decent interest. Otherwise I would recommend selling old graphics cards or other loose components. It's decent if you are looking for kind staff (might have been an exception since I'm not an adult) or considering buying cheap games, otherwise just look somewhere else before you consider selling/buying. (Even on the website itself, there was NOTHING informing you on how to sell.)

Store is generally well presented and clean however quite a few of the staff members are extremely rude and seem to lack knowledge for example they believe that if a drive will format and run a quick scan on hdtune its fine, it's not. i was speaking to a short haired man and he was so rude was unbelivable he fort it was acceptable to talk over me and tut and turn his head while i was speaking, the manager on the other hand seems fine.
