Staff gave us as much time as we wanted to have a look around all the beds and didn't pester us. When we decided on what we wanted, there was plenty of staff available to help us. Smooth ordering process and plenty of dates available for delivery. Excellent customer service, and we're very happy with our new bed ?

The lady that served me was an absolutely lovely woman. I have autism and she made me feel very comfortable while I was trying the mattresses. She was also super patient when I was trying to work out how I was going to pay. I had bought a mattress from them before so they searched me up and she picked out mattresses based off of my current mattress because I wanted one similar/slightly better than it. Making choosing one a lot easier ?
