Horrible. Staff are not cordial, no hygiene standards. My eyebrows are ruined and they didn?t apologise for it. Facial and body massage are no good either, expensive and Other places it?s usually 1 hour but here it was just half and hour. The head massage was so rough that I had a headache after it, forget relaxing. Also, they don?t turn the dim the lights during massage or facial, difficult to relax and the whole point is lost. Also staff could do a bit of training with body massage and head massage. The owner of the place keeps entering the massage room and keeps reminding the staff about time. Absolutely ignored what I have asked for, and after messing up my brows she tried to gaslight me saying it because my hair is light and I need a tint ! Woman thats not light hair that's bold spots you've given me on my eyebrows ! I'm so upset as leaving a ' beauty salon' we should feel beautiful but I'm left in tears!!

Absolutely horrid. I won?t go there. They speak over you, my brows aren?t matching the tint faded within hours. And the extra charge for the Brazilian wax is RIDICULOUS and to add insult to injury I still had to use a razor once I got home. If you?re providing a service please do classes so you know exactly what to do. And improve on your customer serviceService: Hair threading

I think the salon has been operating for enough years for the staff to do their job more professionally, I don't see any gloves or quality products there. And nails? please don't do them. 2 stars is honestly a lot, if there was a chance I would give 1.5 and that's just for the quite nice staff.

They are ok and can thread well. But only seem to know how to do one shape. I always seem to leave with uneven eyebrows with random hairs taken off where they shouldn't have been and I am never happy with the shape. Despite me showing pictures it feels like they are just guessing and dont know what to do but eyebrows are threaded clean.Service: Eyebrow threading

My waxer didn't wear any gloves, hair ended up being cut instead of pulled out. Staff are very nice tho.
