Seen Sarah today in Sandbach Town Hall. I can?t tell you how helpful and empathetic Sarah has been. We really valued seeing someone face to face. Sarah made my mum feel relaxed and was extremely knowledgable. We were able to solve all the issues we brought along with us. Thank you very much indeed.

Staff in the bank are rude super glued to laptops, then serving customers. One staff made eye contact with me. So went to approached her and then she walked off due to her colleague calling her. Instead of assistant me. Short woman medium built with dark hair.
Another staff served me who was far more polite - query weren?t resolved, I was told this branch cannot accept any other form of ID only passport, which states on their website accept passport, driving licence etc. I was turned away due to trying to close a savings account. Called customer who stated to go back to branch and they should be accepting forms of ID that?s displayed on their website.
Staff excuse has I have moved address they need to see my passport. (passport doesn?t show address driving licence does so thought they would of been more inclined to take my drivers licence?) went back only to find out this bank is temporarily closed..I can see why I transferred my account elsewhere six years ago after being a customer over 10 plus. This has to be one of the bank with low customer service.

Had an appointment at Sandbach local with Sarah today and she went above and beyond to help me with a couple of different things I needed to do that I couldn?t do online/via the app. She was super friendly, welcoming and very efficient, especially as I had my 1 year old with me who was wandering around causing mischief!
