Had a fantastic, relaxing time. But would like to give credit to the staff who were overall excellent and efficient in our customer care. From the management to the cleaning staff I would like to say a thank you for the rejuvenating experience and pleasant day.

The spa was great although the lady had a goodhands it's was cut short and wasn't 45 minute long but it's was nice.We were disappointed we couldn't go at the same as they called us explaining we will be going at different times as a couple.We were so much disappointed as there was only one jacuzzi to use and there was lot of people in and we couldn't use it.

Good facilities and most of the staff were lovely but after mine and my partners massages he was laughed at because he fell asleep. I dont see how this is funny, made us feel anxious and self conscious. Did not appreciate this. Wont be going again and I hope nobody else is made to feel this way, ruined the rest of our day.

I'd give 0 star if I could.I had voucher which I tried to book through at the beginning of January. They didn't have anything available until May, but then suddenly called to say they have 1 spot for end of February.Then called me few days before to say they don't have a slot anymore but will sort something out with manager and call me back. 2 days later no phone call so I call and get receptionist transfering me somewhere in a middle of the conversation and the other person saying that manager will call me back. Of course they never did. Such a bad customer service

Had a lovely relaxing spa day today at Crewe. Gym session, followed by swim, sauna, then healthy lunch. Freshly cooked omelette, light lunch. More relaxation, coffee then a mini spa package by Sarah using Elemis products. Staff attentive and friendly, spa clean and welcoming. Relaxation room was a treat too as not busy today, Tuesday. Sarah was experienced and talented. Would recommend ?.

Gym was great for a couple of years. New Sauna and steam room renovations were excellent, but the hot tub, is cold. Extremely disappointed with management/ company on leaving the gym as we were moving away, and had to pay an extra 2 months membership even though we gave notice on the 04th Jan that we would be leaving on the 01st Feb. Clearly dont value clients / longevity of members.

Went for a spa day on Thursday 8th Feb with a friend for her birthday. Can't fault it one bit. The place was very clean the staff on entering were lovely and friendly. The lady who did our massage (Sarah) was sooo lovely and friendly. And is fantastic at her job. Would definitely be back just to go for the massage with Sarah xx

Went here yesterday for the first time,I had a gift voucher. I was suppose to come to the spa last month due to being ill and having to go hospital. I sent an email explaining several days before my treatment, unfortunately I had no response so I contacted Crewe and spoken to a member of staff called Kate. Who stated she had rearranged it and assured me everything was fine. Two days later received an email from a female stating she was a manager and if she could have my details. Which I told her, I already provided on the contact us form, which I filled out. I provided the information explained if given the information, hence how she was able to contact me. I told her staff, had told me been sorted,after that she never came back to me so thought everything was still fine.Night before the spa day I received a email to check in. Then in the day arrived to spa filled out another form which had the same details as the one online but shorter.Paid for my bag, was shown around the spa. When I went to have my treatment the staff advised me that the voucher had expired, she needs to talk to her manager prior to treatment was told to wait in relaxing room. She was taken ages so I decided to go to the desk but in the way to the desk she appeared saying it?s fine go into the treatment room.This delayed me having the treatment done, when I had the treatment done she never said straight away she hadn?t spoken to her manager as yet whether it was ok. She told me not to worry it would be sorted and find her before I leave. After the treatment she left the room a few minutes later only to came barging back into the room telling me her manager told her she needed to take payment.I was annoyed especially as it was a gift voucher I had proof I emailed them, spoken to member of staff less than a month ago. She kept saying they had no trace of email sent.She said the payment was £47.00 then jumped up to £49.50.I found this very deceitful and should have been confirmed at the desk when checking in or before the treatment taken place not after.She then gave a speech saying she?s sorry. I need to take it up with head office, as they deal with the payments and vouchers ( here she is collecting payment)Also saw mould all over the walls when entering the spa near the females changing rooms. The steps and area around the hot was dirty, there?s a sign in the wall saying have a shower before using the steam room, sauna and hot tub, due to hygiene (but cannot clean the area around hot tub or steps- why wonder they don?t want you to have phones in there)There was also mould in the steam room near the door on some plastic white thing. Broken coat hangers, throughout the facilities. there were areas that was run down that needed revamping. ( certain parts of the ceiling had water marks as if there was a leak and dried out but no one bothered to paint or replace the part that had water damage.Then u was sent a survey to fill out which I completed wasn?t aware my details was out against and out online which I want removing also.Due to this poor experience I was unable to relax - service was poor was ripped off the reason why none of the staff said anything about the voucher as they knew if they did I would had but stayed so that why they did what they did. When leaving I ask the staff if I taken the towel with the dressing gown back to reception she responded yes and the band around your wrist. As if I was going to steal it. First of all I don?t steal and it would be no use to me ?I have nine logged a complaint head office depending on how it?s dealt with with determining whether I use this spa again or just the treatments.
