“The staff are really friendly and will go obove and beyond to help you with any problem that you may have. Always had a great experience and I have not had to wait for a cashier in the queue. They have even put an extra person on the desks if the queue is getting long. Brilliant customer service. Well done!”

“I would like to say on behalf of myself and my husband Ben Potter is absolutely fabulous. Nationwide Crewe should hold on to this young man . Ben you will go far with the attitude you have . Not many people go above and beyond like you do . Not only resolving my husbands issue with his isa that another cashier had made a mistake . But you owned it . Followed it through and personally called back with a resolution . Thank you so much . He understands the importance of having branches open for the personal touch . We do need branches open . We need people like Ben to grow and manage these branches . More people would invest in Nationwide with his care diligence and possitive attitude. You are a credit to Nationwide”

“Went into the Crewe branch on Delamere Street Crewe yesterday (28/07/25) at about 9.30 and was very impressed by the friendly and efficient staff I encountered. The two ladies that served me (one was called Jenny I think) were so helpful on the desk. They made me feel relaxed and really listened to my requests. So patient and very efficient. I would recommend this branch.”

“This is not my usual branch, I came in to pay for a car purchase locally to the branch. So I have one visit only. The staff were absolutely fantastic, genuine people who were genuinely there to help me. My local branch (Alfreton and Clay Cross) could learn a lot from the great group of staff. Thank you very much. James (not Bond)”

“Only been into this branch on a couple of occasions, but the staff were very friendly and helpful both times. Queues can get busy around an hour before closing times, especially on a Monday so best to avoid if possible.”

“I genuinely was afraid to go based on the low reviews, I just recently moved to the area and I was going to change my bank because of the reviews but I was definitely shocked. As the women working in HSBC are really nice and genuinely want to sort out any problem that you may have. I had to change my entire HSBC details after being abroad for a while and they changed all my details and then helped me very kindly with my online banking. The lady was very patient as I kept blundering along with it and told me I can come back again if it doesn't work. So they are actually really nice, one flaw that I can really think of is the HSBC app can be hard to use in comparison with the Barclays.I think HSBC in Crewe have taken into consideration the bad reviews in the past and really changed, let's hope for the best it can remain that way :)”
