The staff at this branch as so helpful and always happy to help, very knowledgable about products and all seem to know where everything is. Why I don?t ask straight away for what I want I don?t know, I walk all the isles aimlessly looking for an item then when I decide to ask they take me straight to the isle I need.

None of the staff seem to care, when you walk in you are with the immense size, but there is no to speak to, you have to walk to the exit before you can ask someone, plus ca ever customer focused 3 staff told use the wrong location.

I had a great experience at BQ thanks to Olivia. Her customer service was outstanding ? she was friendly, helpful, and really made the effort to understand what I needed. She guided me through everything clearly and made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. It?s not often you come across someone so professional and approachable. I visited B&Q today for the first time to look for paint colours and was hoping to get some help mixing testers. Unfortunately, the first staff member I approached was quite unhelpful and seemed disinterested, which left me feeling a bit lost.
Thankfully, I then spoke to Natasha ? and the experience was completely different. She was incredibly professional, polite and genuinely helpful. She took the time to walk me over to the colour samples, patiently helped me find shades that matched what I was describing, and even advised me to test the colours at home under natural light before committing. She also explained the differences between paints suitable for bathrooms and normal walls, which was exactly what I needed.
I really appreciated her attitude and knowledge ? it made a big difference to my visit. Staff like Natasha are the reason customers return. Thank you!

They never have what you actually go in for. Ordered and paid for 1hr click and collect today for them unable to find ¼ of my items. The reason I was given, probably pick-pockets. The only option I was given was a refund, which will usually take 2-5 business days. Now I have to fork out more money somewhere else to get the items needed. Waste of time... again.
