Absolutely awful service. The staff member I spoke with doesn't even understand Royal mails collection policy for collecting a parcel for someone else! Clearly states proof of id required by the person collecting to be the same address as the named person on the parcel along with email confirmation. Both of which I had, but still refused collection!

Always slow service, have just come in as need to do a couple of jobs but only one person working today and has gone on his break with no one able to cover. So now have to wait half an hour as can?t come back later. Extremely inconvenient and no manager here to speak to. Would not recommend.this place if you have high blood pressure or expect going to the post office to be a simple experience

Queue for Post Office counter service is a joke typically only one service point available. Complained to Post Office Ltd and they were not interested which given there history with Horizon/Fujitsu is no surprise. Clearly no interest in providing a service to customers and Morrisons do not give a dam. Far better run when it was McColls. Morrisons you are shameless with aisles littered with stock trollies dangerously placed. It will not be long before you get sued for injuries if the shop isn't closed down by Health and Safety Executive first.

Rude and unhelpful member of staff. It's the second time I've been served by this gentleman in the last week. Grey, slicked back hair and glasses perched on his nose. Last week I sent a small parcel to Jersey which then seemed to trigger a Spanish Inquisition-style litany of questions and scrutiny as to what I was sending and exactly WHY I was sending the contents. I understand details are needed for customs, but the attitude was unnecessary. He also spent nearly 10 minutes just talking to a colleague whilst I waited, and a queue formed, with no acknowledgement of us being there. Today I had some Amazon returns. I checked online and the Post Office do package less returns via Every for Amazon. I ended up so frustrated and going round in circles. Firstly it was my fault that they didn't have enough packages and I should clearly have known this before coming, them I was told "it doesn't matter what it says online, if the code isn't not accepted it's obviously not for us". So, even though Amazon's listings indicate the Post Office accepts packageless returns, I should know they're running low and it's my fault if they don't have enough packages, and secondly, even if the Post Office is listed as accepting that qr code, it's my fault he cant get it to scan. 10 minutes of my life I won't get back.

Well you're in luck, West Heath PO offers ample leg-strenth training as you get to enjoy spending half the day standing in a line moving slower than a paraplegic snail with asthma, as you await with the anticipation of a kid at Christmas to reach the single in-use counter, staffed by people who recognise that speed & productivity are ugly foreign concepts and who apply the same warmth & humanity they learnt in their previous jobs as passport control officers.

I usually use the post office in whsmiths in town but while passing thought I would send my parcel, such a long long queue why only one person? not the best service he probably fed up with just him working. use the one in town the staff are fantastic

45 minutes to post two parcels. Huge queue as usual. Understaffed or making poor use of the staff they have.

Website states it shuts at 7pm, so i got my package delivered there so i can collect on my way home after work, the man was rude and blunt and stated he shut it at 5:30 pm "because he stated at 9",, most miserable dull flat person ive ever spoke to and i think all the bad reviews are about the same man that works there,,

Very slow queue , followed by the rudest old man I?ve had the displeasure of being served by. Purposely awkward and condescending. I know toddlers with better people skills.

Only one position open. The member of staff was working hard, was polite and helpful. However, I try to avoid using this branch as there is always a long and slowly moving queue. I note the huge number of services that are offered including banking and parcel collection. With the closure of high street banks and more on line shopping, I can only imagine that things will get worse unless there are more desks open. Sorry that this is a negative review but the card I picked up at the counter says ?we?d to hear about your visit today? and that the feedback ? really helps us?. As a long queue is nothing new at this branch I will not hold my breath!
