We are new to this area and asked around for a good building merchant. Never using Travis Perkins before I am very glad that I listened to the advice that I was given.The help that Emily and the team gave me was above and beyond that of any other company locally, therefore I am willing to recommend them to all.I only wish that I could rate them higher.

Excellent service yesterday at the Congleton branch, a few issues with the items I required being out of stock due to suppliers but a lady called Charlotte went above and beyond to suggest alternative products that would meet my requirements and arranged the collection to fit around me. First time using Travis Perkins but after my experience will definitely be back

Ordered online for delivery, contacted next day to tell me that they couldn't fulfill the order unless I paid extra for a courier to collect from another branch. (Not sure how this is my issue?)I have used TP in the past for things and never had an issue, but won't be using them again.

Ridiculously high prices for retail customers - e.g. a bag of ready mixed mortar is over £16 here and less than £8 at Wickes. The same for Tarmac - Travis Perkins want £12.42 for the same bag that Wickes charge £7!!!
