We chose the plough to celebrate a 90th birthday party for a group of 9. The staff made the occasion extra special and nothing was to much trouble. The food was excellent and service was prompt. The atmosphere was delightful.
We will be coming back for the 100th birthday party.

Remember when you used to go for a pub for a drink? Well the Plough need to either improve their pouring skills or make it cheaper. Almost £5 for a pint of Guinness poured incorrectly is becoming a trend. The bar tender poured almost a full pint, should be just above the lettering. £10 for a double rum and coke, with flat coke...looks like I'm going to have to start moaning and returning drinks.

Came to my friend's wedding here a year ago and it's such a lovely place and great for weddings or anything really I highly recommend it lovely vibe atmosphere people and great food and drink doesn't get much better than the plough
