Walked in to buy a birthday card and bottle of wine and she was following me about so obviously.
Not the first time she has been rude when I?ve been in their with family

Been twice this week and shut at 6.30, They need to change the opening time sign, it still says 6am opening so if it?s changed to 7am now then remove the opening sign

staff on self serve checkout tills at Tesco Congleton are not customer friendly - both ladies ignored me twice and never even spoke one word to me. They looked like they hated every minute of working there!

Genuinely the worst-stocked Big Tesco I?ve ever been in. Wish it wasn?t my local one. Fruit selection is always terrible no matter what time you?re there. All the meat always seems to have a tomorrow use by date on it - useless to anyone doing the big shop for the week.

Don't why Tesco Congleton exists anymore. If they reduce product lines anymore, there won't be anything on the shelves. It's annoying as hell having to go to Tesco Hanley for a decent product selection. Kwik Save was better than the shite Congleton Tesco and that's saying something.

My husband and I went shopping today Friday 6th December. My husband popped into the loos and there was no toilet paper in the gents and /disabled . What are people supposed to do? At lunch time on a Friday I think this shouldn?t be allowed to happen.

19:30 on a Friday evening and the pharmacy is closed, website says it?s open until 21:00 and the times are updated regularly. But not today, and the phone number given to ask if the pharmacy is open?? No answer.

Won?t shop here ever again after today?s performance with ?Colin?. That man is such a jobs worth it?s unreal. I?ve had 2 run ins with this jobsworth on my last 2 visits to this store. I must be a very unlucky person, because the last visit before today?s was over 12 months ago. After he spoke to me like a child today, I then caught him talking about me to a young female member of staff, at the self checkouts, 20/6/24, early evening.
I?d be happy to discuss Colin?s poor customer service to the store manager.
I?ve shopped at lots of Tesco stores nationwide for decades, and have never experienced a stressful shop except for in this store. I?ll never spend a penny in here again!!

Costa coffee poor, thin watery coffee, dirty spoons. Not nice. One staff member working very hard. Staff not trusted to use money, claim its out of service.
