Ordered takeaway Food cold and opened with holes in box and selotape seal broken delivery man had been to wrong address and he stated that the other guy argued over a can of coke so it was obvious someone had been checking order. Will not be ordering from them again. You don't know who has been messing with it.

We order from here quite often but had the chicken tikka tonight and was more than disappointed. It was just cooked plain chicken thrown in a raw sauce to coat it. If you can?t cook something even remotely like it should be then just don?t put it on your menu.

We ordered from Paccinos for the 1st time whilst fishing at Moreton Fisheries and the service, delivery and food was amazing. It arrived within the time estimation, the driver was lovely and polite and our food was hot and delicious. Will definitely be using again on our next fishing trip x

Ordered last night through the website. Phoned after an hour and a half as the website was saying it had been delivered, they couldn't seem to find the order and it came another 30 mins later.
It wasn't great, it had been thrown together, the onion rings were one ball of mush, chicken was barely cooked and items were missing.
Phoned up and started to tell them and the phone cut off half way through, driver turned back up with one of the missing items and Phoned the owner for us to tell him the other missing items as they had stopped answering the phone and we couldn't get through!(showed tge driver we had tried 30 times) They turned up with the other missing items after so nearly 2 1/2 hours later we had the order. They did apologise and offered £5 off the next order and sent free bottles of pop as a sorry but after all that time and poor food and £77 spent on it we are not impressed at all and certainly won't be ordering again

worst order I've ever had.
very little salad and not fresh, 5 bits of chicken, onion was next to nothing. waste of money
defo won't be ordering again. very disappointed as I've ordered before and it's been good.

I haven't had any problems with Paccinos until tonight. A family of Four of us had food poisoning after the takeaway. We had to take our boys to A&E due to sickness, and Doctors diagnosed them with food poisoning. This is disgraceful, especially just before the Easter Holiday. I will not order from Paccinos again and strongly advise them to take food hygiene seriously.

Just had food for the 1st time from here, what can I say, delivered within the time scale given and the food was gorgeous! We will be definitely ordering again, value for money and delicious!
