I have to say our last 2 visits here have been so much better the chips were hot which is a massive improvement. It is just a fast food store not a restaurant hoping management have now got their act together

Friendly staff but very busy when I turned up. Car park is small and the parking spaces are small as well.
Food is the typical McDonald's food.

Ordered at drive thru, was told to wait in a bay, parked up and waited 5?minutes to be giving cold food with a missing item. Meanwhile lots of delivery drivers leaving with what was definitely hot food prioritised over other customers.

Can't exactly call it fast food anymore. Ever since McDonald's started delivering, it seems to be the only thing that is cared about. Any delivery order seems to take priority over everything else, then it's the turn of the drive through and finally in a very distant third place is the lowly customer who actually goes in to the restaurant. Whereas you could pretty much guarantee food within ten minutes before, now, anyone silly enough to actually go in can pretty much guarantee atleast a 20 minute wait. I actually saw my order prepared on a tray ready for me, only for it to disappear round a corner and reappear another five minutes later. To be clear, the staff were not to blame for this, they were obviously short staffed, and were really working hard to get everything done, obviously all dealing wirh multiple orders at the same time, but surely they should then be able to say, sorry no deliveries available today so we can concentrate on those who actually bother to turn up at the restaurant.
Stop the obsession with deliveries and focus on the customer standing in front of you. It's common sense.

3.15 on Thursday 9/1 We asked staff member to wipe our table as it was unclean, as we're all the vacant tables. Staff member seemed to find this amusing and I had to ask again around 10 minutes later. Another staff member apologised, wiped out table and said person responsible for cleaning tables had finished her shift, presumably at 3pm. When we left approx 3.35 no tables were clean(ed).
